Well, this entry is not about tattoo art. This entry is about life and about what happens, if u dont have the chance to live a life like anybody else (like we know in our western world). If u dont know, where to live, what to eat or what to do. If u dont have a job and your life has no perspective. Then u will join people that give u a direction - even if it does’nt makes sense to do what they do. They will be your family! Once joined that family, there are only two ways of escape their system: 1. U get locked in jail or 2. You get killed…to be continued

Principles, power and art.
We already talked about the vibrant streetart / grafitti scene in Brazils biggest city Sao Paulo early this year. At this time we also had to recongnize Sao Paulo’s mayors “cleaning the city law” - that was used to remove all advertisings and billboards out of the city scape. After that, they began removing even all great grafitti pieces from several streetart hotspots throughout the city by overpainting them grey. Now, just a couple of weeks after the TATE MODERN in London was showing work of Os Gemeos and Nunca, the city of Sao Paulo changed their mind and creates a list of grafitti art to be preserved. If you’re on the list - you’re hot! If not you will be overpainted grey as time goes on.
